Welcome to Synrink (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, rental services, and synthetic ice equipment. By accessing our site or booking our rentals, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services We Provide

We offer rental of synthetic ice rinks and related equipment (e.g., boards, targets, barriers) for personal, recreational, or event use. Setups may include staff delivery, assembly, and takedown depending on the package.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is due prior to the rental date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of your rental may not be refundable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be issued.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a rental, you agree to:

  • Provide safe, level space for installation
  • Supervise all participants during use
  • Ensure all users follow safety rules
  • Prevent unauthorized or unsafe use of the equipment
  • Return all equipment in the condition it was delivered

You are liable for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning fees resulting from improper use or negligence.

5. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Use of synthetic ice and hockey-related equipment carries inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for the safety of all users during the rental period.

All users should wear appropriate protective gear. We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during use.

6. Liability Waiver

All participants (or their legal guardians) must sign a waiver of liability prior to using our equipment. Access may be denied to those who do not sign.

7. Photos and Media

By participating in events or rentals, you grant us permission to use photos or videos taken during your rental for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing before your event.

8. Weather and Outdoor Use

You are responsible for checking the weather if booking an outdoor rental. Installation may be delayed during unsafe conditions (e.g., rain, wind, extreme heat). If installation can't be completed safely that day, we will do our best to reschedule another date.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
